I tried a couple of years ago also, and I don't think that you are going
to get anything better than what you will find on the RRL website:

http://approval.rrl.go.kr/kosoboard/kosoboard_down.php?file_name=Recentl
y revised Korea EMI_EMS

(You may need to copy and paste the URL into your browser)

This provides the information regarding the standards and the deviations
imposed by Korea.

Subject: Korean EMC Standards

Where can I purchase English versions of Korean EMC Standards? I tried
Global Engineering but did not get any "hits" on searches. Web searches
also left me blank.
