Hi all I'm trying to understand the Japanees approval regulations, but I'm confused. My product is a small wallplug type switch-mode PSU with an output of 5 Vdc, 1A.
For electrical safety under "List of Specified Electrical Appliances and Materials 112 items (Category A)" part 5; 1)(2)it is written that PSU's under 10VA is excluded. Does this mean that they do not need to be PSE marked and does it mean that they are not under any requirements for registration or approval in Japan ?
