Hi all I have a headset which fits to a hearing ads. It have Bluetooth connection to a mobile phone.
The question is; The manufacturer will sell this product in North America, and for US it is not a requirement to have a nrtl approval on the product, but does this 60601-1 product have to be approved in Canada ? It is battery driven and can be charged by connection directly to at wall plug PSU (the PSU is UL/cUL approved and delivers 3,5 Vdc). ETL in Sweden can't give me an answer they just told me that I should ask the importer in Canada. I hope that someone in the group could answer me or point me to someone who can.
