HCS Safetylabel is a good source. There are a few additional sources of
which I am aware.

      Subject: Hazard Warning Label Source?

      Hello Group,

I have a need to purchase a quantity of an entrapment hazard
warning label from a source selling to customers in the USA. I
believe that the European standard involved is ISO 3864 and the
information I have available identifies this label as W73.
Any help to identify a source for these labels is greatly
      appreciated.

      Good day,
