We have a client that is in urgent need of an engineer who has experience with expert witness testimony as well as IP issues. The individual must: - be located in the Southeastern USA (SC, TN, GA, AL, FL) - have very strong and proven experience with IP (ingress protection) - be able to witness a week or more of testing in Ohio at an independent laboratory - have experience with providing expert witness testimony - be able to travel to OH, LA, and CA - have a Masters or be a PE or equivalent - be completely independent from CSA - be able to start this project urgently If interested do not reply back to this post.
