This morning's brain teaser is about the Electric Power Research Institute's standard TR-102323, Revision 3, titled Guidelines for Electromagnetic Interference Testing of Power Plant Equipment. I got a call from one of our military customers, asking if one of our products complies with the EPRI document as well as MIL-STD-461E. I found the EPRI document for sale at http://www.epri.com/OrderableitemDesc.asp?product_id=1003697 at the quite reasonable cost of US$25,000. Before I put that on my Visa card, can anyone tell me what TR-102323 has in it, and how it could possibly relate to military equipment?
