EN 61000-4-7:2002 is the standard that defines how harmonics are measured and is called up by EN61000-3-2 and others. Our older products conform to this standard only because of the transitional clause (7) in 61000-4-7. My understanding is that a forthcoming amendment prA1:2006, IEC document: 77A/562/CDV will remove that clause and make measurments of interharmonic groups compulsory. Can anyone confirm that this is the case and the date of publication of the amendment (now showing on the IEC website as 2008-04)? Thanks Jon
