We now need a USB-powered TENS unit, to bring the medical devices into the

We are clearly too sheltered from the exploding USB market. Look at Item #1 on

I believe that device might manage to also invoke the medical and toy
requirements. Now, if the device were equipped with some kind of feedback
sensor (and I can't imagine what physical parameter might be of interest),
this could also invoke IT!

BTW, there must be a way to militarize this gadget; more range, kinetic kill,
