PoE powered devices follow all the same requirements as would a product powered from any other source (straight from AC inlet, DC input from an AC/DC converter, etc.). The LVD and EMC Directives all still apply as would the R&TTE Directive if it falls under that category. Maybe I’m missing something in your question.
