Peter,

Classification of circuits as related to TNV-1, TNV-2 and TNV-3. In the world
of telecoms, there are many type of circuits, each with specific voltage level
and each which may or may not be subject to overvoltages (xDSL , ISDN , analog
interfaces, etc.). To begin a 950 safety telecom design, one must first
understand the classification of the circuits involved. The next most
important thing is the protection of these circuits from other circuits and
the various options to compliance.

Best Regards,

Peter

If you had an opportunity to attend a 45 min. presentation on the safety
of telecom as relates to 60950-x, what would you most want to have
included?

The way I see it, to have decent coverage and not have the speaker race
through the material, the whole topic couldn't be explored.

What do you think?
