There are some questions to be clarified: For Brazil: "Free use. Cities < 0.5M up to 1W and 6 Dbi; cities > 0.5M up to 400mw of output power." Question: What does "Cities < 0.5M" mean? Is "M" for million (people), mile, or..? For Chile: Under 2,400-2,483MHz, the "16Dbi" seems unusual. It makes more sense if it is a multiple of 3. I wonder there is a typo and should be "6Dbi". Can someone confirm it? For Guatemala: "In Guatemala, any frequency outside the band catalogued for radio hams and the Government, needs a TUF to be used (regulated). The effective general law of telecommunications did not consider, aside from the mentioned ones before, bands for special uses or that can be used in a special way. In the bands at issue, indeed they exist right assigned previously, reason why in any case, others interested in operating such frequencies would have to reach agreements with the present usufructuarios. Only FHSS or DSSS and/or OFDM modulation techniques are allowed. Allowed for connections PaP and PaMP. PIRE = 4W (36 dBm) of output power in exteriors; 100 mW (20 dBm) of output power for indoors. Applications Point to Point of the Fixed Service can use transmitting antennas with directional gain over 6 dBi, whenever the maximum peak power at the transmitter output is reduced in 1dB for each 3 dB that the directional gain of the antenna exceeds the 6 dBi with a maximum aperture angle of 10 degrees."
