No problems opening up the web site from the URL supplied. For some reason I found that article highly amusing. Having said that, I'm reliably informed that black Wellington boots, as used on farms and building sites, are loaded with Carbon and therefore relatively 'leaky' in electron terms, hopefully not in terms of whatever detritus one may be found wading through... Perhaps the nurses at this hospital may be persuaded that big black Wellies are equally fashionable devices for the ends of their legs, I'm pretty certain that the SD problem may disappear?
Other solutions include substantial chains round ankles to drag along the floor - but this assumes that the floor is conductive, and not a PVC type continuous floor covering. Otherwise, wearing a metal helmet with a wip antenna to contact a grounded grid suspended at 2.5 mteres above the floor seems excessive as well. Didn't something like this happen at the Gatwick Airport exit barrier? When a motorist opened his window to insert the paid-for ticket in order to open the gate, a small spark jumped from the finger tip to the card reader, and the gate opened, in spite of the fact that the card hadn't been inserted. Only certain tyres on dry days. Anyway, I digress... Apologies for the wasted bandwidth.
