No, UL has not harmonized on -2-29. Also, it should be noted that, for any
unit with Class 2 output, a device Listed to UL60950-1 will have to
conform to UL1310 (see Annex P.1).

And you will find that submitting a charger to UL is quite an
'adventure'...

It will depend on the output and use of the charger.  Likely candidates
are UL 1310 (Class 2), UL 1012 (Other than Class 2) or UL 60950-1 (ITE).
