Stating that more research is needed is actually a good thing, considering the subject matter. I don't follow the reports of power-line & cell-phone health issues in detail, but the results range from 'The radiation causes a problem.' to 'We can't prove any link.'
The other report that started this thread, the 'BioInitiative Report', at <http://www.bioinitiative.org/press_release/index.htm> concludes its 86-word press release by saying, "The report concludes the existing standards for public safety are inadequate to protect public health."
