Comparing it to the February 16, 2006 version, I spotted the following changes: * 15.117(i)(1) changed the dates for receivers under 25" and other devices having to have DTV tuners from July 1, 2007 to March 1, 2007. * Section 15.117(k) was added. * Note added to 15.205(b). * Section 15.212 added, on Modular Transmitters. * Note added to 15.255(b)(1). * Note added to 15.255(b)(2). * Note added to 15.257(c)(1). * Note added to 15.257(d)(3). * Paragraph 15.611(c)(iii) added, on Broadband over Power Lines. * Paragraph 15.615(f)(2)(iii) deleted. * Paragraph 15.615(f)(3)(ii) deleted, some shuffling of the following paragraphs in this section.
