I'm responding to this a little late, and only have one thing to add to what
has already been mentioned. IMHO if the emissions "legal" absorbers will give
you a uniform field for immunity, then you could use them for immunity testing
as well. The only reason why you might want to use a different type of
absorber for immunity is if they perform better and give a significant
improvement in the uniformity, and possibly reduce the amount of power needed.

absorber for Immunity testing is 18 inches tall and sits on ferrite tile.
ETS-Lindgren confirmed this and said that the 30cm absorber is designed to sit
directly on  the floor (not on the ferrite tile) so I would have to change the
floor absorber between Immunity and Emissions. This is what I'm trying to
avoid.
