HI Brian,

I have done a few surveys for cases like this, and it's frankly people 
wanting money off big utilities: I feel sorry for them.

The courts have ( what's new ) unscrupulous people working on cases because 
evidence is scant, hence it's down to what you can persuade not facts. I've 
met this first hand.

Expect these complaints to grow once the door is opened!
