Differences exist, and another standard might
give other conclusions. All are for PDF delivery.
Some are offered in foreign valuta and
bank costs are not included.
I do not know the costs included with becoming a
subscriber. I also do not understand how that justifies
such a large difference.

Those produced by CENELEC and CEN are obtainable from the national
standards bodies of the member states. The prices vary greatly, and one
of the lowest price sources is Danish Standards, at http://www.en.ds.dk/
This is an English language version of the web site and most ENs are
published in English as well as Danish.
ENs produced by ETSI are free to download from the ETSI web site.
