I believe that Singapore uses CISPR 22 and I don't think that there are any marking requirements for unintentional radiators. You may be able to find information at the Infocomm Development Agency web site. It will have details on registration of intentional radiators and telecommunications equipment. http://www.ida.gov.sg/
