I believe that Singapore uses CISPR 22 and I don't think that there are any
marking requirements for unintentional radiators.  You may be able to find
information at the Infocomm Development Agency web site.  It will have
details on registration of intentional radiators and telecommunications
equipment.

Does anyone out there know what if any EMC regulations exist for test
Equipement being delivered to Singapore?
