>From 10 kHz on up, IFI and AR come to mind, but what do you mean by low noise? Harmonics tend to be spec'd around -15 dBc, maybe -20 dBc at best. What noise figure do you need?
If you need to go down to dc, in my experience you need to cover that with a separate amplifier, say Techron, those run typically dc to 50 kHz, but with audio type output impedance - very low. Any of these amps will tolerate severe mismatch, usually without fold back.
