Grace, Yes it does but from the regulatory standpoint, it does not mean very much except for the countries that have are members of the IEC and participate in the emc CB scheme (not many) Depending on product category, some countries like Brazil, Israel and China still require in-country emc tests. Others like Australia, Japan, Saudi Arabia and Russia will accept emc reports from an accredited emc laboratory. Best Regards, Peter
