Put an Ethernet switch between your DUT and the communication-partner. Some
switches have Fx ports, so you can use two to convert from copper to fiber and
then back to copper. Otherwise, line the cable between the switch and the
communication partner with ferrites and consider using STP. Of course, the
switch must be chosen such to meets your immunity levels. Some larger
networking companies make switches that are also certified for GR1089 (Central
Office Equipment in USA) , and if they do NOT require shielded twisted pairs
(in the certification docs) that is a clue they should meet higher immunity
levels.
