Hi All,

Well the internet is full of old documents as well as the new ones!

I looked (as have others) at the original source of the document [although it 
has undergone a name change]. Since it was not there - and is a copyright 
document, I did not expect that it would be published elsewhere. 

It just goes to show how wrong you can be at times.
