The discussion when

>Why do the modules FCC grants have this restrictions?

# Probably because co-located transmitters can, and very often do,
generate
# intermodulation products at out-of-band frequencies, such as F1
# + F2 and F1 - F2, also 3rd order products such as 2F1 - F2.

And there is sometimes a restriction on the antenna (gain/efficiency) on
some low power devices (LPD) which may be negated if the device can
cross couple onto another antenna system (even if the other antenna
system is not designed for the LPD frequency) and radiate more
effectively that had been intended - thus potentially causing
interference etc.

You need to check your product for this effect.
