Does anyone have any experience on knowledge of certifications/standards for Windmills/Billboards used in a public Utility/Industrial or Commercial environment. I'm interested in the following: ( US & EU Standards/Certs ) * Mechanical Safety - Standards for the Mast/Frame ( Shock, Vibration, Earthquakes ) * Wind and Lighting Standards * Eye Safety Standards - Reflectivity Hazards from the public, Airports, Freeways.
