Subject: RE: Looking for Barometric pressure meter

This is an *interesting* discussion. Yes, of course (I should have
known, too) the reading at the airport is normalized to sea level. But
one could without too much trouble apply it to the known (surveyed)
altitude and derive the actual pressure.

My lab is immediately next to a local airport (which broadcasts hourly
barometric pressure data). I suppose I could simply add a constant for
height above sea level, since neither the airport nor my lab have
changed altitude in a really long time.
