Is there anyone familiar with the following RR Envir. EMC TESTING ?

IEC62236-3-2 and IEC62236-4?

I am not familiar with these two ( Railroad ) specifications

Which areas of EMC TESTING ARE involved, what are their limits.

Typically our equipment ( CCTV/ITE ) ( light industrial ) will meet CE
and FCC emission and immunity standards, how much more or less intense
are these tests.

Can anyone give me an overview of the requirements of the tests in a
nutshell with limits ?

*Also can you advise me of the over view of the basic setups ?

Thanking you in advance for sharing
your information,
