Brian I have used the PMM (now distributed by NARDA) probes which come with software that gives you a frequency display - see http://www.narda-sts.it/narda/news_en.asp The resolution is not brilliant but it should be ok for your needs. There are a number of different probes covering the whole of the spectrum. Not cheap and expensive to calibrate - if you can find a hire place that does them it works out cheaper.
