Thanks Pat - was waiting for someone to say this, now I get to jump in - look at the ErP Directive, CSA C381.1, and 421 USC 6291 (to see if this is considered a Class A EPS). Look at the CEC test published by ECOS/ERPI. Look at requirements for 'standby' power.
For safety, look at UL1310/CSA No 223 because if the unit is considered a Class 2 source, requirements for the output wiring is much less onerous. If the source conforms to requirements for an LPS, the end-use device can be considered a Class III device. For ampacity - there are numerous tables in both the cited standards and many many many many others. Was that one too many? And your spec for the TLO72 and 84 is not correct, Mr T.I.
