Tim,
Clause 5.6 tells you how to measure in the range of 30 MHz to 1 GHz. But that
does not mean you have to measure that entire range, only that the procedure
will work over that range. Clause 4.5 and Table 4 tell you what range you need
to measure and to use the procedure specified in Clause 5.6. Clause 4.5 and
Table 4 are controlling in this case.
