Thank you for clarifying. Will Lightsauared cell-phones contain GPS?

This is FCC Docket 11-109, and so far, the FCC has over 1400 comments to this proposal (and I didn't see even one in favor of Lightsquared). The face-off is essentially cell-phone space versus impairment of GPS functionality; wow, two titanic sets of users are fighting for spectrum priority. There is a technology under consideration by the FCC that seems to have a significant potential for interference to some GPS receivers. I would urge anyone who has a stake to become aware of the detail and offer public comment at: http://fjallfoss.fcc.gov/ecfs/ and search for proceeding 11-109. Comments close the end of July, so time is growing short.
