Gentlemen,

Adding to the point, here is a link to a drawing a manufacturer of quick
disconnect tabs provides for their series that has two crimp points, one on
the wire and one on the insulation.

I have used this series specifically to satisfy one of those big agency labs
that insist on two means of securement for my AC mains wiring.

and even if you can find a crimp connection that will handle multiple wires
you also want to look closely at whether or not these wires require two
retention methods - generally in mains wiring. You may find that the wire has
to be retained both in the crimp and with a second method - other than solder
- such as a another crimp around the wire insulation. The connector and tool
combined make the connection all in one crimping action - but I don't know of
a connector that would do that for multiple wires. You would have to use wire
ties or something to join the two wires together and form the second retention

        I think that it is advisable to have one connector per wire, and with
        connectors accepting more than one free connector there are not many 
reasons
