Take a look at the website of Dudley Labs at: http://www.dudleylab.com/ I purchased 18 GHz to 40 GHz TWTA’s from Dudley a few years ago, and got a decent deal with great service. Dudley also does repairs and customization, so perhaps you might want to ask their opinion about what could work for you.
