Hello Esteemed Group, I'm soliciting information from the group in regard to any FCC regulations that apply to electronically-controlled commercial foodservice equipment. I know that such CE-marked equipment must be tested for EMC compliance but I don't remember this subject being discussed for equipment being marketed in the USA. Any FCC chapter and verse references either describing the need for compliance testing or noting an exemption would be most helpful.
