Hello, Gary; EN 60601-1-2: 2007 requirements for ME specify +/- 2, 4, and 6 kV for Contact discharge, and +/- 2, 4, and 8 kV for Air discharge. Note that any patient-coupled signals (to or from the patient) must be simulated, but that doing so must not provide an intentional conductive or capacitive path to ground. The Artificial Hand circuit is not used for this test, but is required for Conducted Immunity, and EFT/B Immunity.
