Metal enclosure, power is wired to terminal block through strain relief (not held by cord). That portion is not assessable. The concern is vent holes, what size those NEED to be for electrical safety for lighting products. Structural mounting is also not a concern.
The thinking here is that the same requirements for florescent lighting kits that you purchase at Home Improvement Store X would apply; however in application, the product is more similar to warehouse high bay lighting that is installed 4-6 meters over head.
