Requirements for the Candidates:
>10 years experience。
Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Fluent spoken and written English. Have the ability to communicate in Chinese
is preferred.
The standard member is preferred, Experience of telecommunication product is
preferred.
Location:
Shenzhen China;
Or Dallas Texas US and Shenzhen China (half time in US and half time in
China);
Or Huawei Institute, Sweden and Shenzhen China (half time in Sweden and half
time in China)
Position 1：Product Safety Expert
1. To lead policies, procedures to ensure product’s safety and regulation
compliance.
2. To transform the requirements of standard to safety design guidance.
3. To provide advice to maintenance of certification in manufacturing, ensure
the coherence between test sample and the final products.
4. To train product safety engineer, provide advice on how to measure and
improve the technical ability of the safety engineer team.
Position 2：Low Voltage Distribution Expert
1. To provide power system solutions in telecommunication installations and
ensure the regulation compliance, such as NEC, VDE0100, etc.
2. To lead the improvement of Huawei company’s technology in safety,
reliability, emc, lightning protection of power system.
Position3：EMC/EMI Expert
1.Systematic EMC/EMI design for telecom network product.
2.Responsible for providing innovative technology for solving EMC/EMI problem
of telecom network product.
3.Responsible for investigating technology trend and key technology of EMC/EMI
for telecom equipment.
4.Responsible for building PCB or system level EMC/EMI simulation research or
analysis platform.
Position4：Product Reliability Expert
1. To lead policies, procedures of reliability test，to ensure product’s
reliability.
2. To conduct reliability design guidance.
3.To provide some advice on reliability test such as accelerated validate test
method etc and life evaluation
4.To conduct product reliability fault investigation, root cause analysis and
provide corresponding resolution and precautionary advice.
5.To train product reliability engineer, provide advice on how to measure and
improve the technical ability of the reliability engineer team.
Position5：Lightning Protection Expert
1. Take charge in systemic lightning protection and grounding(earthing)
solution for telecommunication sites in North America (or Europe)
2. Support important project in North America (or Europe)
3. Understand development tendency in the field of lightning protection and
grounding(earthing), take charge in technical research according to
company’s business needs
4. Be familiar with experts at lightning protection and grounding (earthing)
in North America (or Europe), take part in development of standards in North
America (or Europe).
