Connect the filtered supply to the EUT terminals and look at the signals on the 50 ohm output(s). If weak, either the filters are OK or there is little for them to filter anyway. In this test, the 'power input' port of the LISN is open-circuit, which is irrelevant if the internal filter of the LISN is working. -- OOO - Own Opinions Only.
