Once they meet this requirement they can be shipped unrestricted internationally by any means
* A Lithium Ion manufacturer has to run a series of tests before they can ship the batteries. If the Equivalent Lithium Content >8g, they need additional test certifications and shipping labeling which could restrict them >from air freight without the proper manufacturer certifications. The converse of this last phrase indicates that if I ship X number of units with a total of less than 8g of lithium content I can ship freely. The total number of packaged batteries is depended on the lithium content of 1 battery. So 10 batteries for example could be packaged and shipped as long as each batter has less than .8g of lithium content. So far I have no problem, but I’m trying to figure out what a package really means. Does it mean an individual box for a package product that is supplied with 2 cells, or is it for the palletized load of many individually packaged products?
