The better place to go to get your answer is on the Cenelec web site on the publish/in progress page http://www.cenelec.eu/Cenelec/Code/Frameset.aspx You then just put the reference on the standard you’re looking for in the first block and click on run report: For instance 61000-4-2 will give you a bunch of answers but the one you’re looking for his the third last from the bottom (the first on the list is the runner up) If you click on any of them then you get all the details and especially if this document is a direct copy of IEC or a modified version. In this particular case they are identical. But if you try with en55022 for instance you will see that this one has been modified from the CISPR version.
