We are developing a very large telecom product/structure that will reside in an outdoor environment. We need to obtain a greater than 15 years high durability design life for the steel structure. What are the benefits/costs between treating steel for corrosion using either hot-dipped galvanized, electroplated galvanized as opposed to a paint treatment as prescribed by ISO 12944/High Durability for C4 environment?
