1. What IEC standard? A country may be a CB member but not recognize a particular standard if they have not adopted it as a national standard. 2. Assuming South Africa recognizes the IEC standard, you can determine the differences by 1) obtaining the latest IEC CB bulletin listing the South African differences to the standard.
