Jim, From practical experience, if you meet the EU standards, you should meet the Korean standards. We found that if we made it through our EU testing, we'd almost always make it through the Korean tests. I do remember looking into the actual standards at least once, and the content was very similar to the EU standards (the international alignment here is great).
The one difference that is worth noting is that the Korean labs were often much more dilligent in ensuring that products were fully exercised. I remember that once or twice in the last few years we had some issues stemming from this (though they were quickly resolved). Of course, it never hurts to be sure, particularly if your products don't fall in one of the more generic product categories.
