Sorry, I don't know. Someone on a national committee paralleling IEC 
TC66 could tell you (you get 'TC66' from the copied text I sent 
previously), or if you go to:

you can send an email to my friend Nick Bradfield, the Secretary of 
TC66. Do you know how to get to that page from the front page of the IEC
