Right , virtually all automotive keylocks in the EC use 433 Mhz.

Is 315 MHz a useable frequency for a short range device for Europe? I
can't
find it in 70-03. It is a key fob frequency for unlocking car doors.
Does
Europe use 433 MHz for this?
