I was aware of the possibility that it might simply be a hoax (although I had not seen the rebuttal which you linked to). Nevertheless, this mailing list is, I think, a significant resource of expertise and experience on this type of thing so it would still be interesting to hear if anyone here has any insider information. Even if we were to conclude that no-one does, that would be an interesting fact in its own right.
