We have done a 2 layer PCB design for a smart card reader cum PC
keyboard. 3 revisions of PCB completed so far but still we could not clear
the radiated emission testing as per customer spec. Customer demands 6 dB
margin wrt the CISPR22 Class B limits.
We look for consultants who can help us in designing the PCB. Our
delivery to the customer is only a PCBA and this will get enclosed in their
keyboard casing. The keyboard matrix is designed & manufactured by the
customer.
