The CB scheme is essentially a club for test houses, not a formal nation-state level accreditation or mutual recognition agreement. Hence, you need to see if there is a test house whose certification is acceptable to the country whose certification requirements you are trying to meet and which is a member of the CB scheme, and then decide which other member of the CB scheme you actually want to do the testing.
