Hi FCC part 15.103 exempts digital devices from testing if they are on any transportation vehicle, but only mentions air and road vehicles - not rail which is were my system will be deployed. It also says any test equipment in an industrial system is exempt. Does test equipment cover systems permanently installed to monitor and alert for train faults? Has anyone got any experience of the testing required or not for digital test equipment systems going on to trains in the US? Any help much appreciated. Andy
