Hello Group, Our lab is evaluating a medical device to UL 60601-1, General Requirements for Safety. The Patient Axillary Current Current exceeds the limits specified in Table IV. We are now thinking that under the 60601-2 amended standards for medical devices, that there are changes to the leakage current limits depending on the device such as a defibrillator or a electrocardiograph. Any ideas you have would be greatly appreciated.
